gwgeshop is owned by Green World Genetics Sdn Bhd, as known as GWG company with a great  collaborative venture for online business with our sister-companies Leckat Corporation Sdn Bhd  and Gfresh Sdn Bhd. We are united well-integrated total food value chain organization with a strong focus on producing a high quality agriculture products for the market.

gwgeshop is an All-at-One marketplace where you can shop online at your fingertips.  It’s easy as ABC and very convenient to use wherever you are. You do not have to worry about the online shop with us because our network is a strictly supervised website using the latest e-commerce system and is securely safer to be used.

Our products consist of home garden seeds, commercial and professional seeds, fertilizers, soil, gardening tools as well as fresh products. In short, we have all the products and equipment you need for your farm and garden. If you could not find what you need, we really appreciate if you can recommend us the products you want to have on our website, and we will be happy to have them for you.

Do I have to become a registered member of gwgeshop.com to shop?

No, you don’t have to become a registered member to shop at gwgeshop.com. However, we strongly recommend you to register as a member because we don’t want you to miss out any attractive promotions and updates.

Is there a limit to the quantity I can purchase

The quantity limit depends on the current stock availability. For bulk purchases, please contact us to assist you.

I can´t find the products that I want.

We may change our product selections from time to time due to that you may not be able to find some products. Please contact us for further enquiry.

The products that I want in this store are out of stock. When can I get the products that I want?

When will I receive my products?

The detail is on our Delivery page for you to double check and tracking your order with the details given online.

I would like to purchase some products. How do I place an order?

When you find the product you like, click on “Add to Cart” button and finalise your order at the Checkout page before you can make a payment online.

There are some products in my shopping cart from my previous incomplete purchase. How do I remove them?

View your shopping cart and you can view the details before click on “remove”.

I have added products to the shopping cart. Can I change the quantity ordered?

Yes, you can.  In the Shopping Cart page, just change the quantity and proceed to change the quantity for the order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email from us once your purchase is confirmed. Registered customer also can check the order on My Account page for your order confirmation.

How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 7 working days

How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-

  • First, click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  • Second, click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  • Then, you’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  • And you’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button and choose “same billing” or “separate billing”.
  • From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  • Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  • After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  • To end your shopping, click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

For Offline Bank-in transfer or manual bank-in transfer via ATMs, kindly provide to us the details of screenshot once the payment has been done to our email eshop@gwgenetics.com

Where do you deliver?

Currently, eshop@gwgenetics.com delivers only within local courier service in Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. (Except Fresh products; within Klang Valley)

How can I pay for the products?

Currently, we accept Online Bank transfer, Credit Cards and manual banking transfer via ATMs (that need to provide bank-in slip as payment proof for offline bank-in transfer).

Yes, you can. In the Shopping Cart page, just change the quantity and proceed your order

What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit

Can I track my delivery?

For every order,gwgeshop.com will provide a tracking ID number which you can use to track your delivery with the courier company on our Delivery details page.

Can I exchange or return the products that I received?

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
  • Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  • Click Submit.
  • A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account to reset it.
